Waupun on Letterman

Speaking of Letterman, a friend from high school posted this little video on Facebook. Looks like all those fall decorations lining Main Street in Waupun are famous!




Hilarious! Anyone know who this was?? I'm just dying to know.

  2. Those stupid scarecrows freak me out. I do a doubletake on a couple of them every time I see them. What is up with that decoration? Who came up with it? Crazy.
