I feel like this really shouldn't be as difficult as I'm finding it, but I'm stuck. I want to be able to make a photo collage in Photoshop Elements, but my dim-witted brain is just not figuring it out. I can make a two-fer collage like this one:
What want to do is to make a collage with several photos of multiple sizes like this beauty from Jessica Turner's blog,

morning all day long sickness.
Can you help me out? What's the easiest way to make a photo collage like this in Photoshop Elements? Can I do one with a small border framing the photos?
