Sunday, September 25th - We arrived back from our trip to Michigan just in time to watch the Packer game at my parents' house with the boys. Thomas was enjoying watching them win too!
Monday, September 26th - I figured out a way to keep Micah from squeezing the juice box and spraying juice everywhere! Mom sent home these little cereal boxes she gave the boys as snacks over the weekend and they work perfectly for holding the juice boxes! Side note, I think Micah looks like he's giving "the dog face."
Tuesday, September 27th - Look how small that little sweetie is!
Wednesday, September 28th - What did I do while the boys napped today? I "attended" Sara Frankl's funeral via a live feed on on the Internet. I managed to keep from crying too hard until the recessional when "Oh Happy Day" started playing and the congregation started clapping and cheering. It was a strange thing, but I really felt like I knew Sara through reading her blog for the last year or so, despite having never actually met her. Have you read Sara's story? If not, you really should!
Thursday, September 29th - Now that Isaiah is attending preschool a couple times a week, I thought it might be neat to try to introduce him to writing at home too. I picked up this workbook at the store and he was stoked to dive right in! The biggest challenge was trying to teach him how to hold the pencil!
Friday, September 30th - Thomas is a month old already! I didn't do this with either of the other kids, but I thought it might be neat to try to do the monthly photo next to the same teddy bear each month for his first year to be able to see how much he grows. We'll see if I can actually keep it up!
Saturday, October 1st - BIG game today between our Wisconsin Badgers and the Nebraska Cornhuskers! It was important that every member of our family sport their Badger gear to cheer on the team! Thomas was really pumped when Bucky won big - 48 to 17!
I hope you have a wonderful week! Thanks for stopping in!
