Hi there! Yes, I'm still alive. Just really, really busy all of a sudden. Just in this week alone, I've had to get the house ready for photos to be taken for our new listing and then for the visit of a stager. On her recommendations, we have launched ourselves into a complete overhaul of the house to make it more appealing to our potential buyers. The room at the top of the priority list - the living room.
Here's what we've been up to since the stager left me with pages full of notes.
Emptying closets.

Playing in the living room, in the midst of shambles and drying paint.
I'll be sure to share more "in progress" and "after" photos as they develop. In the meantime, thank you for allotting me some leeway to get the things done that need to happen around here and forgive me for neglecting the blog a bit.
