Project Life Tuesday - Week 17

The Mom CreativeHello and welcome to Project Life Tuesday! This is my third year of doing Project Life and I have found it to be so beneficial to have this post planned every Tuesday because then I have a standing deadline to get my photos done!  I'm doing things a little different this year and instead of the Photo a Day approach I've done for the last 2 years, I am approaching this year on more of a Layout Per Week basis.  This means that some weeks might have more photos than others, some weeks will be missing days, but the goal remains the same: To provide a glimpse of our life and preserve it.  This isn't meant to be stressful.  It's a wonderful way to simplify scrapbooking and memory keeping.

If you're looking for inspiration on what others are doing with their Project Life, you can check out my board on Pinterest and be sure to link up on The Mom Creative!

Ended up with another pretty simple week and somehow I ended up with a pretty Thomas-heavy collection of photos.  Just one insert - a 6x12 from American Crafts.

I used a QR code on the lower left photo to link up to a video of Thomas showing off his new teeth.  Then I used three photos from a teeny little photo shoot to capture the relationship between Isaiah and Thomas.  I love those faces!

6x12 Page:

The first side of the insert has a collage of photos from the boys' visit to the Madison Children's Museum on Sunday thanks to my sister in law.  I was stuck at work while they got to play, so thank you Ashley for hooking me up with your photos!

The flip side has a summary of our week using a Cathy Z template plus the program from the high school play I attended on Saturday night.

Toddler mechanic, sick boy, superhero T-shirt, and cold dinner.  Just a regular week in Project Life.
