Welcome to Project Life Tuesday!Just so we're clear here, folks...I am not a "fancy scrapbooker." There are so many people out there doing some very impressive things with their Project Life albums that involve a combination of digital skills, pretty embellishments, and other fancy-pants techniques. I'm not one of those. I keep it pretty simple so that I know I can keep up and avoid becoming overwhelmed. To me, it's more important to keep the memories than it is to make them look like they came out of a magazine. I'm totally fine with it if my layouts feature more iPhone photos than DSLR shots and Instagram is my friend.
I do like to have fun with it though. :)

Week 3
Think week included a 6x12 insert where I printed up a blog post.
The left page is all about my sister's baby shower and I used a couple Cathy Z templates again.
For the 6x2 insert, I copied and pasted the blog post on a 6x11 canvas and then printed it out on my regular format printer. I added a little Seafoam cardstock on the bottom with some washi and a little embellishment I found buried in a box with the rest of my scrapbooking stash. I was so stoked to see how well it tied things together!
And....the flip side.
On the right page, I used a lot of Instagram photos and a blank grid card with some washi tape.
I had a really good time putting this week's layout together. I am so pleased with the wonderful little memories I got to capture here. So much fun!
